This customer needed 250 plastic assembly jigs that they can mount to their assembly benches. Manufactured from 6mm HIPS, this robust structure allows mounting of their product while their engineers work on them for the assembly of their electronic components.

This simple Jig streamlined their entire assembly area in 4 different factories.

Our tool free process enabled us to manufacture these jigs to suit 3 different products that go through their shop floor, while keeping costs down to a minimum.
